Companies Act 2013 and 2015

The Parliament of India passes and amends regulations for both businesses and investors. Amendment also relaxed governing-related party transactions while limiting access to strategic corporate resolutions in India.

Payment of Wages Act of 1936, Industrial Employment Act of 1946 and Industrial Disputes Act of 1947

A member of the International Labor Organization and protections for employees. Protections include annual bonuses of 8.33% and separation fees of about 15 days per year of employment are in effect.

The Information Technology Act of 2000

E-commerce and online expansion of companies prompted India to create regulations to cover cyber law and security compliances, such as the techno legal regulatory provisions in the Companies Act of 2013.
